Why Trees?
By planting tree’s we offset the carbon emissions our business creates, our mission is to be entirely carbon neutral by 2023.
One Tonne.
That’s how much CO2 a single tree will absorb in its lifetime, which is the equivalent of 3679 miles or a return flight from NYC to Paris.
Reforestation.
For each order that comes our way a tree is planted in the worst affected areas of the world by volunteers who dedicate their life to fighting climate change.

Other ways we help the planet…
Plastic Free Packaging
All of our postal boxes, tape, card inserts and void fill is entirely plastic free and biodegradable. If you do see plastic in our products we ensure that it is the most eco friendly option available to us. For example, our wax bar clamshells are made with recycled polypropylene, currently the most eco friendly option available to us.
Carbon Neutral Website
Not only are we offsetting the emissions our orders produce, but we also work with tree nation to offset the carbon emissions that our website produces. This is done by calculating the traffic our website produces, so by just browsing our site you may be planting a tree doing so!
Soy Wax
We only use 100% Soy wax which is an entirely carbon neutral product as it does not produce any toxins or pollutants when burning which harm the environment and is one of the many reasons why we love it so much. Soy also burns slower, cleaner, and more evenly than Paraffin and is free from toxins and carcinogens which can cause cancer.
Made in the UK
We are proud to be a small business and even prouder to make our products in small batches and support UK based suppliers. By sourcing within the country we eliminate the need to transport in goods from overseas which in turn reduces our carbon footprint. Currently all of our wicks, packaging, wax, jars and fragrances are from UK based suppliers.

Tree-Nation is a non-profit organisation that allows citizens and companies to plant trees all around the world and offset their CO2 emissions with ease.
One Project.
One project started it all. The driest and poorest country on earth, Niger. Through completing this project it quickly evolved into helping teams of planters around the world.
Reforest the world.
Tree Nations mission is to reforest the world, one tree at a time. Since launching in 2006, they have planted over 10 million trees and reforested some of the worst affected areas in the world.
The Virtual Tree.
Tree Nation are the brains behind the virtual tree and are the creators behind many tools that other NGO’s use today. Without Tree Nation planting trees virtually may not exist today.
