  • we aim to process all orders within 2-3 working days!

    Every parcel at NOA is sent fully tracked with free shipping over £40. UK orders are sent with Royal Mail’s tracked 48 services, but we also have options for tracked 24, DPD next day and premium day delivery at an additional charge.

    Should there ever be any issue with you order we will be in contact as early as possible - though this is extremely rare. Please just ensure to check your shipping address is correct for if it is not then we are not responsible should this parcel go missing.

    ***During busy periods it may take us a little longer to dispatch your orders however we will always update you if this is the case!

    International shipping

    Our international service is fulfilled by our courier Royal Mail. Depending on where you are in the world parcels can take between 2 and 20 working days to arrive. Depending on the order value will determine if your parcel is trackable or not.

    We will also never ship to a country that requires our goods to be tested on animals.

    If your country is not listed at checkout please get in touch and we will be happy to sort this for you!

  • It’s always sad to see our products arrive to their new homes damaged which is why we will do all we can to help you! Please take photos of the damaged items and packaging and email us with both your order number and photos, we will aim to get back to you within 2-4 working days (ASAP) and will be able to either replace or refund you for the damaged goods.

    We ask that all customers notify us of any damages within 48 hours, failure to do so will result in us being unable to refund or replace your items!

  • We kindly ask customers to refrain from messaging us about their order on our social pages (instagram/facebook) and always ask to contact us directly to avoid your request being delayed or resolved as do not have a team monitoring our social pages.

    we do check the website form daily + emails so please contact us through these avenues and we will get back to you within 48 hours!

    Candles:

    Our Mini 60ml candles have a burn time of 10-12 hours

    Our Small 120ml candles have a burn time of 20-25 hours

    Our Medium 180ml candles have a burn time of 35-40 hours

    Our Large 500ml double wick candles have a burn time of 45-55 hours.

    Room Sprays:

    Our Room sprays contain 150ml of liquid and will last 2-3 months!

    Wax Melts:

    Our Clamshell bars have an approximate use time of 60 hours, and one cube can be used up to three times.

    Our Wax Pots have an approximate use time of 5-10 hours.

  • Here at NOA, we care about not only what our products contain, but we care about you. Every single product is made by hand, with love in the heart of Manchester by Founder and maker Natasha. We keep things affordable, eco friendly, vegan & cruelty-free so you can sit back and relax knowing that your NOA product is doing good to not only the planet, but the you and those you love too.

    Every blend at NOA serves a purpose, whether you are wanting to find some calm, get some sleep or boost your mood, we’ve got a blend that will suit you. Our original 4 blends were first formulated into candles in February 2019 and we have since grown the range to include 8 exclusive and unique blends to NOA - ones you won’t find anywhere else.

    Our candles are made from botanical soy wax which provides a clean burn free from toxins, phthalates and parabens which many shop bought alternative candles contain. We use lead-free braided cotton wicks and use only the purest essential oils and fragrances from UK suppliers. All of our candles are also paraffin free, petroleum and preservative free and 100% vegan, always.

    Our incense and room sprays are also entirely vegan, cruelty-free and use the same high quality fragrances and essential oils that our candles contain. The incense is hand dipped, room sprays hand poured, all in our Manchester based studio. We also package everything in plastic free packaging - right down to the peanuts that go into your parcel.

    Where possible, every material purchased for NOA products are sourced from UK based manufacturers and small businesses, we also love to collaborate and support fellow makers on their journey.

    Our website offsets our carbon footprint by planting a tree for every tonne of CO2 produced, we only purchase FSC certified boxes, Kraft paper tapes and natural packaging materials too. Every candle and spray is also packaged in glass apothecary jars and bottles which can be re-used again and again.

    We like to think of our wares as sensory experiences… From the minimal packaging to the delicate aromas that fill the room and your mind with calm, there are no limits as to how NOA can help you on your wellness journey.

  • Absolutely! We do custom candles and products that are personalised to suit your needs. Whether its white label candles for your brand or an exclusive blend for a special occasion, we would love to work on creating something special for you! Custom products are a possibility on every type of product we sell and our in-house design team are here to bring your ideas to life.

  • Please contact us direct with the blends you are interested in purchasing and we will be more than happy to provide the SDS information for this blend to you. Alternatively if you own a NOA product and are curious to know the allergens you can check the CLP labels attached to the product.

  • Every order placed on the website which includes a candle will receive a handy candle care card to teach you the ways of candle care.

    Candle care is extremely beneficial at preventing any overheating jars, poor scent throw and much more. It also prolongs the life of your candle, making sure you get the most out of the product. We also have a section on the website where you can learn more about candle care

    **Please note, failure to trim your wicks, burning for longer than 4 hours at a time and leaving in unsuitable conditions can be a fire risk. Should anything come from not caring for your product and following basic candle care and safety instructions we are not liable for any damages that should occur from this.
