Why NOA?

Here at NOA, we care about what our products contain. Every homeware product we make is lovingly hand-made in the heart of Manchester.

Our aesthetic is stark and minimal, working with a palette of black, white, and pops of greenery. Our candles and homewares are designed to compliment every style of home from modern to minimal, to bohemian and busy.

In many ways, our products take a lot of inspiration from our surroundings within Manchester. Our industrial style amber apothecary jars are not only timeless but reflect the industrial side of Manchester whilst preserving the fragrance of our candles, giving off a stunning orange tone when lit.

All of our candles contain all natural soy wax which provides an eco friendly, clean burn and lead-free braided wicks primed with a vegetable base wax. To fragrance our products, we use a blend of the purest essential oils and cruelty free, phthalate-free fragrance oils. All our candles are preservative and petroleum-free and 100% vegan.

Our incense and room sprays are also entirely vegan, cruelty-free and fragranced with the highest quality essential oils and fragrances. The incense is also hand-dipped in our Manchester studio and packaged by hand in eco-friendly Kraft paper.

We like to think of our wares as sensory experiences – from the minimal packaging to the delicate aromas that fill a room whenever a NOA product is used.


Safety Information

CANDLES

Every NOA candle has a candle safety label on the bottom of the jar so please ensure this remains on the jar when used!

  • When the candle is lit ensure that it is kept within site

  • Trim the wick to 5mm prior to lighting and continue to do this on each burn

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets

  • On the first burn allow the candle to create an even wax pool to the edge of the container: this prevents ‘tunnelling’ from occurring.

  • Remove any soot, debris and wick trimmings from the wax pool.

  • Never move the container when the wax is liquid as the jars can get hot

  • Keep all candles on a level and heat resistant surface

  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Stop burning the candle if the flame becomes too high, flickers or smokes. This is due to the wick not being trimmed. Allow to cool, trim and then relight.

  • DO NOT fall asleep with the candle burning or use as a night-light!!

ROOM SPRAYS

Each room spray has CLP classification warning labels. Please do not remove these!

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets

  • Do not eat

  • If skin irritation occurs rinse thoroughly with water. If in eyes remove contact lenses and rinse thoroughly. If irritation persists seek medical advice.

INCENSE

Our incense packaging contains all the information you need on how to use your product safely.

  • Ensure that incense is burned in a fireproof holder away from drafts and fabric. (we sell a suitable burner!)

  • Do not leave burning incense unattended

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets

Our safety precautions and candle care are simply in place to ensure you get the most out of our products.


How long do your products last?

CANDLES

Our Mini 60ml candles have a burn time of 10-12 hours

Our Small 120ml candles have a burn time of 20-25 hours

Our Exclusive 180ml candles have a burn time of 35-40 hours

Our Large 500ml double wick candles have a burn time of 45-55 hours.

ROOM SPRAYS

Our Room sprays contain 150ml of liquid and will last 2-3 months!

INCENSE

Our incense comes in packs of 10 and each stick will last 30-35 minutes.


What is your delivery policy?

All of our orders are packed and posted within 3 days of purchase via Royal Mail 2nd class. We also have free shipping on all orders and optional express shipping.

*** During busy periods it may take us slightly longer to process your order so if this is a gift please consider the paid express shipping options! If you have any questions on our delivery policy please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently working on introducing international shipping - so if you are based outside of the UK and want to try our products please contact us for a shipping quote!

Absolutely! We do custom candles and products that are personalised to what you want. Whether it’s candles for your brand or incense for a special occasion we would love to work with you! General Terms & Conditions

These terms give you some information as to how to use our site, shopnoa.co.uk. Please read them as by using the site you are confirming you accept them.


About Us

shopnoa.co.uk is a site controlled and operated by NOA Candles. We own the trademark “NOA”, including the domain name, logo design and branding. Please do not use our trademark without our consent. If you need to contact us for any reason, please send us an email at hello@shopnoa.co.uk

If you infringe the rights attached to our trademark it is a criminal offence and we will not hesitate to take legal action. Further information on the Trade Marks Act 1994 can be found here


Our Products

Products purchased from our website are intended for private use and are not to be resold commercially without our permission. If you wish to do so, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.


Returns & Cancellations

If you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to refund you within 14 days of receiving your order on the condition that the product has not been used and is un-opened.

Please send the order back to us unopened and in the original packaging, together with a brief note explaining why you are returning the items. You will be refunded as soon as we have received the goods back.

Contact us if you have any questions or need some help in returning your products. Unfortunately, once the products have been used, we are unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty.

Any orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be granted a full refund. Orders cancelled after dispatch will be granted a refund but you will need to pay the delivery cost to return the items to us.
